Back pain

I was diagnosed with endometriosis and andometriosis last year I had a hysterectomy and laparoscopic surgery four months later the pain started coming back and has gradually got worse and worse where I am in pain and bloated every day I have had back spasms for about a month where the pain is in my lower back stomach and down my legs doctor thinks it’s something to do with the endometriosis and where it is or I have it in my back I can’t make a bed without my back killing me I find it hard to walk around I am waiting for laparoscopic surgery again but haven’t said anything about my back as it wasn’t there when I had a mri I am struggling with everyday life and have to sit or lie down all the time just looking for advice on what to do as feeling dizzy as well
