Abit TMI but I need some advice, I was just wondering if anyone had any advice for vomiting when you have endo, I am constantly vomiting, I have now been throwing up for 6 weeks straight, some days I can’t keep some food down and throw up a little but then others I’m violently throwing up and have very bad headaches and get light headed.
when I’m being sick it causing me extreme pain in the top of my stomach and top of my back aswell as my lower abdomen and pelvic area.
I have tried peppermint tea, turmeric tea, I’ve been given different anti sickness of the doctors but I’m having no luck, the only thing that helps is not eating but I can’t just never eat but my insides are so tired and need a break.
Any advice or tips would be so helpful if anyone had any, thanks, Mollie.

I used to have 24hr nausea and vomitting with extreme pain. My GP prescribed Omeprazole. I am also on the progesterone only pill which has helped my bloating stomach pain. It would be worth talking to your GP about horome treatment perhaps?
Hi, thanks for replying, i have just come of a pill and have been tried on 2 different ones but they didn’t agree with me unfortunately they are now going to try the coil to see if that will help, but I will speak to my doctor again and see if there’s anything else, thanks
with pills and coils and all that hormonal treatment, i found that I had to go through several pill and an IUD to find what worked for me. Just keep going through them and hopefully you’ll find one that works for you. (just in case it’s worth trying, I found Gederal amazing)
Yeah that is what I’m currently doing just going through seeing what what work just no luck yet, thank you I will mention that in my next appointment x
Hi mollie. Hope you start to feel better soon. Have you tried chamomile tea? I find that helps me. Also I find lemonade helps settle my stomach too along with tonic water. Tonic water I really can't stick the taste of but it really does work for me.
Hi Mollie, sorry to hear that your suffering so much. I experience a lot of nausea and find ginger the best for settling it. Either ginger and lemon tea bags with a slice of lemon to flavour or making a teapot of hot water, lemon slices and sliced ginger. Please do talk to your GP again though as you may find another type of treatment is the answer. The pill/coil haven’t worked for me but the Prostap injection did. We’re all so very different. Good luck x
I always get pre done tea bags and have seen a lot of people use fresh and always wondered if that would be better, I will grab some from the shop and try that, I will defiantly, yes that’s so true, if only the doctors would realise that everything doesn’t always work for every person, thank you for you reply xx
