I haven’t been diagnosed with endo but this community is about the only place I’ve seen any relevant discussion so I thought I’d post. Apologies if this doesn’t belong here.
Anyone out there have experience with hemorrhagic ovarian cysts on both ovaries at the same time? I had an ultrasound last week (routine screening due to family history of ovarian cancer). And the doctor noted a cyst on each ovary which she’s confident are hemorrhagic. I’m going back in 6 weeks to be sure they resolve. I have been having some aches on one side of my low back. Unsure if it’s related. I’ve had a few other ultrasounds in the past with no cysts prior.
I’m 44. Thanks for any perspective you might have.

Hey, I haven't had them on both ovaries at the same time but I unfortunately had one burst on my left ovary end of last year and when I went for a follow up scan they found the start of one on my right ovary. I do have endometriosis so it is fairly common with it. But thankfully not had any problems with the right one. I'm due to see a consultant next month. As it's common with endo they didn't reccommend surgery at this time. The aches in your back could be related though. I'm not sure if my perspective is helpful. I'm not any pain relief as I've not had any problems with them. The one I had last year I didn't even know I had.
I wouldn't worry too much which I know is hard. You said you have an appointment in 6 weeks so they are at least monitoring it.
