Hi, had this for last couple of years, did improve last year after working out it was sitting upright that bought it on, avoided that as much as possible. still recovering from hysterectomy and he had to unstick the ureters so assuming that was the cause

You should get a follow up appointment at some point. Mine is telephone in Feb. You could contact the secretary and see if she can get any answers for you.

At work beginning of last year I ended up using one of those relaxer chairs with keyboard on my lap, it was much more comfortable, looked odd, but I didn’t care 😂

If your friend is likely to look point her to the endo uk site, has the information needed to understand. They also have a telephone helpline if you needed to talk to someone. The forum is excellent for advise and support.

Sometimes it’s hard for others to think about conditions that could easily happen to them. I hope she’s supportive in other ways 🙂

Thank you i will have a look

Morning,

How long has this been going on for?

I know several ladies who struggle with this.

If it's been getting worse, might be worth getting a urine sample to check for UTI - although that might not be the main culprit for your symptoms, best to check it's not a factor adding to them.

Someone I know suffered from chronic bladder infections/ cystitis & has been on long term antibiotics for the last 10 years.

All the best xx

Started sunday but had it last year and drs said it was due to endo and no infection but I will look into the others thanks

I agree with above-definitely make sure it’s not infected related. Or try treating like cystitis and see if that helps. I was diagnosed with internal cystitis last year and this is often the main symptom. I’m hoping it’s mostly the endo I’m waiting for surgery on but likely I’ll need to see a bladder specialist at the end of all this as well. But I basically am always on the edge of a uti so always feels like one! Hope you get it resolved.
