Woken up feeling dizzy and sick. I'm due on in 1 week. This morning I almost fell out of bed and had to hold onto the wall to steady myself. I'm layed out on the sofa feeling sick and dizzy. I had some cramping yesterday and an achy lower back. Am I clutching at straws that this could be an affect of implementation?

I'm not sure, I don't know much about pregnancy but I read that implantation is meant to occur in the early stages of pregnancy not later on. I think you should contact your GP especially if you have bleeding. It could just be morning sickness but its best to ask. In the meantime you can try things like soft drinks and ginger to steady your stomach and have some rest. And you can try something like eating a small biscuit a little while before eating, it can help stop vomiting because it slowly raises your blood sugar levels. and make sure you drink plenty of water.
