Yep, I find that sitting on a bar stool while I'm cooking really helps (not ideal, but needs must). I hope you're feeling better soon xx

Good idea I might have to invest in a bar stool I kept having to go out to sit in the livingroom, thanks xx

Yes this happens to me often :-( I find heat packs offer some relief, you can buy them from the likes of B&M that come with a belt too to slot the pads into. Take care lovely xxx

Yea I get that allot too ive got Adenmyosis instead but I find standing still the hardest. Pain shoots down my legs which has made my love of standing at gigs difficult. 😑 I feel your pain x

Yea all the time. During my pain week i find it best to just stay in bed as much as i can and not walk or stand much. It’s weird how it affects the endo pain :( being stuck in bed is not an ideal situation either it can get you all emotionally down at times. What can you do this endo pain is so depressing and it feels like there’s something bew adding to the pain every month.

I get leg pain, abdominal pain and back pain. Plus my feet hurt like every bone in my feet is broken. I hadn’t thought of using a bar stool. I may try that. I do use heat pads and take breaks. When it’s a bad few days or a week I order take away or have hubby cook and use disposable plates so less clean up. I’ve learned to take it easy on myself and save what energy I have for my son. Take care

I do that too, whoever invented disposable plates want a medal haha helps loads, I get the pain in my feet too but my Dr said it's nothing to do with the endo, I'm getting checked for arthritis for that and pain in my hands, take care too xx

Let us know how it all goes. I’ve wondered too if I have arthritis. Sometimes immune conditions can be multiple in some people

I will do, I'm hoping I don't as I have enough to cope with 🤣 I don't want to be greedy and have everything xx
