Is there anyone that can relate to me

I had a baby in 2017 normal birth no complications then 5 months later I started to get water infections where I needed antibiotics and this went on for a couple of months sometimes needing antibiotics twice a month. Then I started to notice blood in my water and as time went on I'd have this for about 5 days a month. I didn't know what was going on I had the implant put in when my baby was 2 months old and previously didn't have periods with it. I decided to have implant out in 2019 thinking could think he causing it but I started bleeding from vagina now aswell from bladder and back passage. I've had camera to check bladder and back passage all came back clear, CT scan clear on kidneys and bladder. Doctors think I'm getting confused where blood is coming from but I know my body. Has anyone had anything similar?
