I have just been reading some of your posts about an anti inflammatory diet which I was Going to give ago but does this mainly help with pain? As I seem to be suffering more with fatigue symptoms of endometriosis and wondered if anyone had any advice to help with this? I was diagnosed 3 years ago and had the Mirena coil fitted 2 years ago which has helped but I am experiencing tiredness, headaches, feeling faint when I stand, heart palpitations, throbbing sensations in my legs and bloating etc xx

This diet helped my fatigue massively! I’ve never had so much energy whilst I was on it. I slipped back into my old diet due to other circs and back to feeling sluggish and dead on my feet all the time! I can’t wait to go back on it.. it really does make a difference
I would say both, I only ate fruit, veg and fish. I cut out gluten and dairy. I read tia mowrys book as she has endo and believes that the diet helped her conceive and keep endo at bay. it also has some recipes in there you can try. From memory she gives you some info on things to avoid eating. It’s not a boring diet at all, it’s just not that convenient when All you want to do is chuck a pizza in the oven haha.
Thank you for that I will have a look at th book, that’s a great help. Yes I was a little reluctant to change everything particularly wheat, my brother is wheat intolerant and I know it’s not always easy to eat things you like. And like you say some nights you do just want to Chuck a pizza in th oven. Thanks so much though I really appreciate your replies xxx
