Help!

I had a large orange sized cyst removed 5 weeks ago. 3 weeks ago the pains I had with it came back. They found another smaller cyst but refuse to do anything about it even though I'm losing alot of blood when I go to the toilet and I'm confined to my bed due to excruciating back pain and heavy blood loss on moving about. It took 18 months of going back and forth to the hospital and being dismissed to diagnose the last one as I'd had enough and refused to leave without answers. Im constantly struggling with passing urine and getting UTIs due to the pressure on my bladder. Im fed up of being in constant pain and can barely eat as that makes it all worse. I dont know what to do. I just want a hysterectomy at this point as I can't keep going through this
