Hi all, I'm new here. Just looking for some advice on recovery post laparoscapy. I am due to have one after 10years of going back and forth to my doctors and being given all kinds of diagnoses and medications. I am now just wondering about post op what kinds of food could you eat afterwards and what did you do to help with any discomfort? I like to be prepared but am currentl feeling I am a bit lost as I haven't been able to talk to anyone who has been through it before.
Any advice would be amazing. Thank you all in advance ☺
