Telephone follow up

I have a telephone follow up phone call tomorrow and I really don’t no what to say, feel like I’m just going to

agree with what they say then when they go I will be like why did you say that?! I hate talking on the phone 😩

Why not make a list of things you want to raise, or tell them. Have that list in front of you when you have the call. Then you have that to remind you what you want to discuss.

Maybe include a list of what you will try and won't try. So that you don't feel pressed to try something you aren't sure about.
