Hopefully I’m not alone in this. I’m 40, 5ft 8 and 12 stone 11. I’ve been eating SO healthily, doing regular/ daily exercise since March. I’ve been walking, cycling, running, HIIT, and while I have lost around 7 pounds I just can’t seem to lose any more. I’m technically classed as obese for my height. I’ve been tracking my food on my fitness pal. I’m being honest about what I’m eating/drinking and tracking my exercise properly. It’s Literally SO frustrating!!! I’ve only found out my cyst recently, about a week ago in fact. It’s 3.5cm blocking my right ovary, and so I guess it’s doing some kind of hormone damage. I kind of feel like a failure at this point anyway as unsure if can have kids naturally now, have THE most painful periods, and now not being able to lose weight just makes me into a big ball of stress and grossness! Hopefully I’m not alone in this, not that I’d wish this on anyone else.

I know how you feel hun! I came off the pill and within 5 or so months Id put on 3 stone, i gained a stone in the first month! Literally didnt change anything about my diet however my symptoms got 10 times worse. I have been on a keot diet since the end of august and I am struggling so much as i barely shift the weight 😔 x
It is nearly impossible!!!! I gained about 25 kg in 4 years on the depo shot back in 2013 (had no idea I had endo. Was only diagnosed last month with severe endo and kissing ovaries. No lap yet) and I can't seem to lose the weight. No matter what I do. Its the hormonal Inbalance of estrogen dominance if you'd ask me. Or even the inflammation. My dietician said to stop wanting to lose it for now since I'm so depressed. She said I shouldn't push myself for now. Depression, hormones, endo, inflammation... They all work against us.
