Tracking apps

Hi,

I am wondering if anyone has ever used a symptom tracker app before and what is best.

I don't have regular periods so I am just wondering how people have managed to know when ovulation is?

Thanks

I use Flo, you can track your cycle and add symptoms you are having during your cycle.

Because I don't have regular periods I used 'flo' for a while- but through that I learned that ovulation is evident from what your discharge is like from week to week, so now I pay attention to that, for me at least it's a good indicator to where I am in my cycle. Flo is good but also attempts to predict where you are in your cycle, so can end up not being useful for irregular periods when it can't rely on what happened month before.

It possibly varies from person to person (Im not an expert), but in spite of irregular periods, my discharge seems to follow the 'norm' in that it's at its most watery and frequent around ovulation- no matter how long between periods, I will always get my period bang on two weeks after discharge is watery. So if nothing else, I would look up a chart on discharge and cycles and pay attention to that in order to predict/understand what's going on.
