This problem started at that time. now am planning to do go to search my first job. If i remove my both ovaries. What happened to me?

The only treatment for stage 3 endo is complete excision of the disease itself. Unfortunately removing the ovaries would still leave the lesions in your pelvis. This would also stop oestrogen production that your body needs but would not stop the endo as it can produce its own oestrogen. You need to try and find an endometriosis excision surgeon in India - perhaps if you google you might find one.
Lindle, we had excision by one of the top surgeons in country supposedly, promised the world free of pain....and after spending £13k for surgery, there was no change in pain or symptoms....then he said well it could be ademyosis...and advised surgery to remove the uterus.....
Yes it can be a long journey but I would be wary of any surgeon promising freedom from pain as there can be many pain generators besides endo itself. It can be difficult to know what a 'top' surgeon means.
I personally don't think any surgeon should promise or guarantee to remove every scrap of endo and that there will be no more pain from endo pain especially in such a complex case. It can sometimes lead to unrealistic expectations.
I'm already do surgery for endometriosis. I have no father to take care of me. I searched around my city no endometriosis doctor here. I didn't have source to go out of my city. source means all money and etc. My wish is now I go to work but this problem make me spotting with abdominal pain like period abdominal pain. so I decided to remove ovaries. If I remove ovaries means after anesthesia when I wake up pain is unbearable?.or remove one ovary means butter idea?
Nikill, removing ovaries is no guarantee pain will go away. My advice is read up on Wendy Laidlaw's book on how to deal with endo first and see how you progress.
I agree with some other comments on here. Removing your ovaries will not guarantee no more endo. There are people who have had complete removal of their wombs and sadly still suffer with endo.
It can be a bit of trial and error with contraception and you may have to try a few different ones before you find the right one for you.
Have you had your weight loss investigated? I know it's horrible when you're stressed and probably don't feel like eating much but sometimes diet can actually make your symptoms worse.
I think it's definitely a good idea to look for another doctor to help you. I know it can be disheartening when you don't get the results you wanted, but it will definitely help you in the long run.
I'm booked online consultation 500 india rupees. She (doctor)didn't give any solution to me and she tried to disconnect my call. She answered me you are tried all treatment. So no treatment available in endometriosis. My wish is also I will find good gynecologist.
