Hi at present there is no absolute cure. There is various methods of management and forms of treatment but no hard cure. X

Kelsbels88 is right, there is no cure - however excision with a specialist is the gold standard of treatment. X

I had a Laproscopy last week and excision. Im still in a lot of pain and have pain down my legs that i did not have before. He was a specialist and he was sure that he removed it all. How long does it take to start feeling results?? X

You've had a major surgery, so you need to rest and allow your self time to recover. Each person is different, for both of mine it took 3-4 weeks before I felt well enough to start going for walks etc. I have ME as well so am still recovering from my hysterectomy (I had adenomyosis) nearly 7 months ago. Some people feel fine after a week, for others it's a month or more. Take your time, don't rush it, and be kind to yourself xx

Keeping well - General exercise and when its not a good time of the month .

Usual things us ladies have to do plus try to use natural food products

which will bring some benefit.

Herbs/spices which have been around us for years can also help with

the pain management

Also be yourself to help your esteem, helps your mind and lastly love.

Good luck and I wish you all the best
