Endometrioma 2nd scan results

So I had my first scan in June and it showed a 2cm endometrioma within my left ovary and a cyst which appeared to be resolving on my right ovary. 10 weeks later on the 24th of august I had a 2nd scan to check on them and was told the right cyst had disappeared but I now had 2 cysts on my left ovary but i didn't know the sizes. Yesterday I went to my gyne appointment and my consultant didn't even know id had a 2nd scan as my gp hasn't sent the results so she asked me to get them from my gp and bring them to my next appointment in 4 weeks time. So I fetched my results from my gp yesterday afternoon and when I got home I had a look at them. It says that the cyst within my ovary hasn't changed much but I also had a new cyst which was measuring just over 6cm!!!! It says it's either a hemmoragic cyst or another endometrioma! The time between my 2 scans was just under 10 weeks, can endometriomas grow that quick??? My 2nd scan was 3 weeks ago could it be even bigger now? Thanks
