Anyone else pull their back when on their period?!

I hadn't quite realised the pattern until recently, but I've pulled my back twice in the last year (the most recent one quite severely), and have only just noticed that they were both around my period. Yet again, I'm on my period and can feel this tender weakness in my lower back, as though one wrong move will incapacitate me again. Any other endo warriors on here experience this?

Hey, I get this too! I’ve had to use a walking stick to be able to walk some months. My recent MRI said “L5-S1 disc involvement”- just waiting to hear from my consultant about what that means!

Thanks for your reply! Sorry to hear you're suffering so badly from it. I hope you get some good news from your consultant about what they plan to do for you! x
