Those of you that have had a laparoscopic diagnosis, did any of you have normal blood tests prior to that. Essentially what i'm trying to gauge is... Is it unlikely to have endo if your CRP/ESR full blood count is normal?
Thank you.

Try not to worry about blood tests being normal. Most of mine have been. There isn’t anything in current blood tests that will or won’t confirm endo unfortunately. I believe they are trying to pinpoint something that will.
Does the consultant think you have it?
Hey yeah all my blood tests and even scans came back normal x
Same, all scans, tests MRIs, vagina scans everything clear, I had endo removed in June with a wide excision surgeon, had to take myself out of the NHS as they were starting to suggest it was in my head! 🙈
I had normal blood tests, normal ultrasound, normal stool tests. The thing that got me diagnosed was an MRI- but this doesn't always work either depending on where endo is located! The only way to really know for sure is with surgery, so don't let any doctors tell you otherwise.
Yep always normal, even the C (something, can’t remember what it’s called but they also use that blood test for people who may have cancer, however they think it’s also elevated in women with endo’...but not always?!) Most of my tests are always normal but I’ve had endo on Fallopian tubes, pouch of Douglas, utero sacral ligaments, bowel and adenomyosis, plus other bits always found when they’ve operated.
Hi I had loads and loads of test and they all came back normal but they can only diagnose endometriosis throw laparoscopy I had a laparoscopy done 3years and they diagnosed me with endometriosis hope this helps x
I did have an abnormal blood test. I stupidly did a google search and convinced myself I had cancer. I had a high white blood cell count. This is apparently sometimes picked up with endo, but only confirmed with laparoscopy, which is what happened in my case.
I did and they said I had high level of inflammation.
