I think depression and other psychology side effects can be common with endo. Facing chronic pain can really get you down and question a lot.
Just remember how strong you are for battling this awful condition and always know you aren't alone in it. There are so many people here to support you!
What pain relief do you take and have you tried something like a tens machine to help pain?
Don't beat yourself up for feeling down- it's normal. It's okay to be emotional you are going through a lot! Sending hugs your way xxx
Thank you so much .. am just takeing pain killers but there starting not to work anymore my pain is so bad at the time of the month 2 and there a year waiting list for my lab 😞
Sorry to hear you're in pain have you thought about getting the coil to help with the pain and settle your endo?
When was your diagnostic Lap? Was it recently? What stage did you get diagnosed with? X
Yeah it to be fitted next week .. about 4 months ago but took the doc 3 years to find the problem iv been put on the argent list but it could take another year for me 2 be called
Mine took exactly 12 months from lap to surgery on priority, which is urgent. And I was told at surgery this might not cure the pain, not even temporarily, and it didn't. I was also told because it was so bad I am high rate for it returning. That is why they call it chronic. I don't want to be a barer of bad news but it's true. This is why you now have to put in place other things to help you cope. Exercise, diet, stronger pain meds, tens machine ect ect. To find something that works for you .. good luck xx
it took them 8 years to diagnose me, 2 years to have surgery.
