Hello everyone. We all suffer in different ways and have different issues but I would like to share and help people who are looking for a bit of comfort. I suffer everyday with pain (had every treatment going as I have severe endometriosis). Now this isn’t a cure but I have found more comfort throughout the days! I have tried diets and lots of different ways to help with a tiny bit of hope it will give me more comfort. I have found that reusable cloth pads or liners have really helped day to day comfort. I have really bad discharge everyday so I have to wear liners. I wanted to share so anyone looking for another alternative rather than a hot water bottle 24/7, this has worked for me and just making me feel more comfort wearing clothes or walking to the car. Still have extremely bad days, but general day to day pain is much easier to handle. Like I said not a cure and pain still there. But my scars from hot water bottles are finally going lol. So if I could recommend anything thing for a bit of comfort what’s different. Try reusable cloth pads or liners. A lady makes special thong pads for me as I am dancer so it’s a life saver :). Good luck everyone and hope it will give you more comfort like what it’s done for me.

I use Modibodi pants and love them! Super comfy, I could wear them everyday. They are quite pricey but worth investing in. I'm slowly building up a collection.

Thanks so much for sharing this! I’m always looking for relatively non-invasive ways to manage.

Have you tried using menthol/camphor patches? They’re not supposed to be for pelvic pain but I started using them on days a heating pad wasn’t possible and I am excited to say that they do help remove some of the pain. I’ve also used topical capsaicin (like for arthritis) in my lower abdomen with some positive effects.
