Vaginal hysterectomy

I had a vaginal hysterectomy and laparoscopy three weeks ago I still feel bloated and have pain in my groin area

I had bloating before the operation and thought that would go when my uterus was removed and it hasn’t I am worried nothing has changed even though the consultant said they got all the andometriosis out and the endometriosis from my rectum and it won’t come back has anyone had these symptoms after a vaginal hysterectomy I had my uterus tubes and cervix removed but they left my ovaries
