Endo, hormones, & PMS

Hi everyone, I’ve been struggling with emotional PMS recently. I’m mid cycle, so still a few weeks from my period, but it’s like the PMS hormones have hit early. My energy’s gone, my mood is all over the place ( I cried for over an hour with no trigger or cause, go figure), and the bloating/ water retention is already increasing.

At first I thought it might be to do with ovulation, given I have an ovarian cyst, but that window has been an gone yet there’s still no improvement on the emotional side of things.

I know speaking of hormones traditionally, your mood and energy is suppose to be the best mid cycle but I was wondering if anyone else experiences PMS like feelings outside of their normal cycle?

Thanks in advance ladies! ❤️

Hi

Its a real possibility, been there. Maybe speak to GP, Desogestral helped a bit last year. Go with what you think so they take it on board properly.

Hi, my hormones are constantly all over the show. I read a post on here about using Agnus Castus and so far it’s really helping me. I feel noticeably calmer and have had less problems with sore breasts etc
