Endo back pain & bladder issues - other peoples’ experiences?

I have had a lap to remove endo, then the mirena coil to help, but I had it removed 6 months ago after 3 years...since then I have had bladder urgency/mild pain and so due a scan soon.

I wanted to ask though:-

1. I have constant inflammation pain/sensitivity on my lower right side, and some mild pain in my back, but if I press lightly on the right side I get a shooting pain in my back on the exact spot where the mild pain/ache usually is - is this common with endo?

2. If endo has affected the bladder, what symptoms do people tend to experience?

I had it in my bladder but had no symptoms stage four bladder and bowel felt nothing at all except discharge between my periods which made me get tests done. Had my laparoscopy six weeks ago and put mirena and had my first zoladex injections last week five more to go lol
