I started Zoladex a couple of months ago and tibolone HRT a couple of weeks ago and started my period yesterday...I wasn't too sure if this was normal?? Will I get periods again now with the HRT? It isn't as heavy as what it normally is (usually I leak and fill up pads with half hr).

In theory you shouldn’t get periods on Zoladex with the HRT, that’s given to help balance your hormones for your bones, etc. But because you’ve just started taking something that will change your hormone balance, it’s likely your body is adjusting and so you’re getting some breakthrough bleeding.
Keep an eye on it. If you bleed for longer than your usual periods, if it gets heavier, if it keeps coming back then you should go back to your GP/gynae.
I restarted zoladex 10.8 in June, when I saw the gynae (different one) in Sept he agreed to continue the zoladex but insisted I start Tibolone too. Three weeks in and my period has come back, so annoying as the reason I'm on zoladex is because of the heavy periods and a large fibroid that they're trying to shrink without having to have surgery. I'm hoping its just temporary as before the zoladex I'd be bleeding for 3/4 weeks with several days where i simply couldn't leave the house for risk of flooding everywhere. The leaflet in tibolone UK says discharge with no mention of bleeding but when I googled it, the Australian site says most women will experience break through bleeding.
