I hope you are all keeping well, especially during these surreal times. I was wondering if anyone could help me? I was told by my doctor that I have a lot of scarred tissue around my pelvis (apparently really bad, so much so that they asked if I had had major surgery or have badly injured my pelvis which I havent) they also said the wall around it was inflamed and that it was slightly out of place due to my uterus being tilted so far back. I asked if this was endo and they said no but they don't know what is causing the scarred tissue? I had a Lap done last year and they found that I had scarred tissue that had connected my abdominal wall to my bowel and again it was so bad that the surgeon asked if I had had major surgery there which I hadnt. Has anyone else experience anything like this? It's incredibly frustrating and the pain is horrendous.

Hi, yes I have something similar. I can’t iffer any advice other than to say that my surgeon (an Endo specialist) didn’t question that it was anything other than Endo related. Downside is that he said it was so hard (‘like bone’) that he couldn’t remove it without referring me for open surgery, with lots of risk. Still deciding how much I want to balance risk vs pain relief.
Thank you for your reply. I'm so sorry to hear this, it's horrible you have to decide between the two. I know how it feels to be in constant, severe pain and it really brings you down. Take care of yourself x
