Help or advice on monthly sickness

I was diagnosed when I had surgery in December when they put in the mirena coil and while my abdominal pain is better, every month I get at least 2/3 days where I feel so unwell and drained that I can’t get out of bed or do anything. I also have fibromyalgia and insterstitial cystitis. Has anyone had anything similar? I try to eat well and get enough rest but it’s getting so hard to manage with feeling bad and being off sick from work. Any things that really help?

I am on the same boat and trying to make the most of exercising and normal life the day that I am fit and healthy and spend the rest in agony.
