Anyone else struggle to get out of bed?

I know a lot of it is in your mindset, what are you tips for getting up out and about?

Hi I'm the same most days I lay there for ages debating on getting out, I take a painkiller before I get out and then I go sit on the sofa and don't move until they kick in properly then I can move around, it still doesn't go altogether but to a point where I can move around the house now, I'm still in bed now 😂 xx
