Hi

How are you feeling about it?

Pain relief is trial and error, you need to take it regularly to prevent as much as as relieve.

I have paracetamol, Naproxen and Nefopam, with occasional morphine at night.

Currently looking into FODMAP for diet, haven’t started yet.

Abit stressed tbh it's started in 2013 but noone knew what it was then I had a scan and they could see it I got put on codeine but it was too strong I'd get sleepy during work so in the next 3 months there going to look at my options

It is stressful, but on the plus, you know what it is now and can plan a little, that should help. It’s taken a while to get this far.

Naproxen might work, GP will be able to help.

Hi there if you look on my posts I have a lot of information about how I manage endo naturally through diet and vitamins endo has been a big shock to me and my symptoms started very suddenly rather than gradually I had sudden severe pelvic pain which quickly interfered with daily life I couldn’t get out of bed or walk when on my period and afterwards eventually I read up a lot about it and asked for a referral to a specialist from my g.p it’s now a year long and I’m having a lot less pain managing it naturally I’m virtually pain free I’ve not had any operations yet and I might have the odd flare which usually occurs a week after my period but I no longer need pain killers except maybe on that day which they usually never work on that day as I think it’s new lesions forming however I’m here to chat if you need to xx

Hi welcome, you're not alone, we're all here for you. I agree with the other posts, diet can help, for me I don't drink or smoke anymore and noticed a difference. It is trial and error. There is fodmaps diet where you keep a diary of what agrees with you and what doesn't, which can be helpful. Take care xxx
