Sound like endo?

I have been to the doctors about reoccurring pain in my pelvic area and mentioned endo but the doctor doesn’t seem to think it is.

I have had a couple of intense moments with the pain recently however it’s always been after I have been at the gym (I have PT sessions).

Could this be another symptom of endo or am I paranoid.

Thanks!

Seems to me that it could be something gastrointestinal instead of endo. Possibly muscle strain? Drinking enough water? And your not eating before workouts right?

I don’t drink during my work out and I don’t eat before

It could be endo but it could also be POS(Polycystic Ovarian Syndrome) as I've been diagnosed with that and I'm feeling pain in my pelvic area,it's swollen in that area and I'm having irregular periods,if your periods are also irregular it could be either.I suggest you do a pelvic ultrasound so they can find out what's the underlying cause.

My period are regular and aren’t particularly painful either. I have also had an ultrasound which came back normal and healthy.

Thank you for the advice
