Hi I have a dog who needs to go out for walks.

I'm in the high risk group 81 but reasonably fit for my age apart from rls which can be severe. I need to self isolate but I've got to take the dog out. If I keep away from contact with other people I hope I will be ok there must be thousands like me but I've seen no advice from the medical people?

Hey i should think walking and staying a good distance from people should keep you safe. Just make sure you don’t touch anything and wash you hands when you get back inside, scary times. Stay safe x

Keep 2m distance and you will be okay! I love walking my dog and chatting from a distance will help our mental health during this period x
