I had my hysterectomy on valentines day. Have 4 laparoscopic incisions that have healed up nicely on the outside. I really ready for exercise but I am waiting until Friday 4 weeks to go walking. But by 6 weeks I want to get back to most of my exercises. I know no lifting or sit ups are allowed but is cross trainer, running, planking and squats ok? I get married in June and want to be in the best shape I can be but I don't want to put myself at risk of prolapse. Thank you!
