Foul mood this morning -spotting when already had a period endo crap

So yesterday I was feeling more positive but today I’ve got up to some light bleeding I’ve never bled in between my period unless on the pill I feel angry and frustrated because I’ve done everything in my power to manage this condition I’m now doing castor oil packs at least 3 times a week I’m on the endo diet and I walk everywhere just come back from gp after an ecg they said it’s normal but when I think back I only have these issues before my period so they are not going to see that I’ve had enough of all the waiting as I’m getting worse I’m reading tonnes of post saying no pill or anything worked I just feel like whatever I do I’ve got nothing to lose endo will never go away until surgery but then may still come back I’m really worried about my fertility just getting worse I can’t overcome this feeling I’m just thinking I should get my Amh tested now do you think this will push doctors to get me seen urgently I dot know i just need some support

Hope your feeling a bit better this evening. I don’t have enough experience to offer much, if you think you need a test, ask the GP, probably won’t say no given what you’re going through.

Thankyou for your response I just feel very deflated at the minute I’m really ploughing on and doing everything in my power to try and control endo but I just feel like it’s taking hold of me as soon as I think I can handle it my period comes and symptoms come flooding back before I get my period I get tightening of my chest like it’s inflamed which is why the doctors offered me an ecg on my period it’s excruciating I’ve got to a point where I can now manage getting out of bed and going to work but after my period I can feel areas where the endo may have shed my specialist said this is superficial endo so is very much on the surface but it really hurts after my period is over not just on my period cause it’s like I’ve got an added build up but I’ve done a lot to try and keep it minimal.i see lots of posts on here people saying they don’t think endo has grown since on the diet but in my case I beg to differ mine grows regardless sorry to rant I’m just having one of those days I’m sure I will feel a bit better tomorrow and thanks for replying x

Period always makes things ten times worse just from hormones going ballistic

Hopefully you’ll get it sorted sooner rather than later.
