Purple menstruation blood?

Hello everyone,

I was not diagnosed with endo, but I am quite sure I have it. Do you ever have purple (but really somehow dark purple!) menstruation blood with endometriosis? About the pain... Is the pain localized? I have this pain somewhere between the uterus and the right ovary, maybe it is the uterus or the right ovary, I don't know, because the doctors tell me it's adenomyosis and my ovary is OK (just some small cysts on it and they dismiss it). I am not at all sure this is the tight conduct, as I have a lot of new symptoms and just feel things are not like they used to be. Sometimes I also poop with blood, but always in the setting of my period. I am confused. Thank you.

I can’t say that I’ve ever had purple blood, but I often have brown or black blood on my period.

I also do bleed when going to the toilet during my period as well.

Not sure if you’ve had any kind of diagnostic laparoscopy, but I would ask for that if not. Xx
