Stomach or endo issues?

Morning

I had excision surgery 3 weeks ago and I’ve noticed my symptoms have been a bit haywire since. My hips / groin have been aching a lot and the last couple of days my bowels have been bad (cramping / going to the loo a lot) and I’ve felt nauseous. I can barely eat anything without getting bowel symptoms.

Usually I’d think that I’ve just caught a bit of a big but with being so achey I’m not sure. I was just wondering if anyone else has had a similar experience before / after surgery?
