Hi, I had a laposcopy about 5 years ago and was diagnosed with stage 4 endo.
Since then, I have managed any pain with paracetamol and ibuprofen however the pain has been getting worse lately and the pain down my leg from my groin has been unbearable.
I’ve had my partner rub my leg and foot, I’ve tried pain killers and hit water bottles but nothing seems to work.
Can anyone recommend an alternative?

Leg pain especially, if it is more on the left, is a symptom of severe endo. If you had stage 4 endo 5 years ago and it wasn't thoroughly excised in a tertiary endo centre then you will still have it and it has probably progressed. You need referral to an endo centre.
Hi I feel your pain - my leg pain is unbearable. I started with a spinal consultant as i do have some spinal degeneration but he didnt feel that would cause thigh pain and so my diagnosis of endo came about, the specialist felt the endo could have spread to my spine and pelvis so affecting the spinal nerves. Unfortunately the MRI did not show this but i'm due for surgery next week for a laparoscopy, hysteroscopy and a polyectomy and removal of any endo found so i'll know more then. My leg feels like the circulation is cut off and excercise is agony or i just lose the feeling in the leg. Chiropractic and acupuncture have kept on top of it for me (i am a chiropractor) but it is by no means a cure and gets expensive. hot baths are my best friend! Sorry no words of wisdom but i do understand completely. Good luck.
