Hi it's not really endo related but since I've changed into a different contraceptive pill I have been getting spots and they just keep getting worse to the fact of now its covering my face and I am really self conscious of going out. I went to the docs and they gave me a rub on ointment and they have just been getting worse. I'm now also using tablets prescribed by them but they say it will be 3 months before even seeing a difference and I cant stand it anymore! Has anyone got any good ideas of what may help? I've researched online and tried a few different things but nothing helps. Also dont know if there is any makeup which can help to cover it? I hse power but it doesn't help at all. Thsnks

Hey sorry to hear you’re having a hard time with acne. I’ve had two creams and some long term but low dose of antibiotics for them. Make up wise I found eeste Lauder double wear foundation great as it covered it as long as I used concealer too x

I have found zinc with copper helps my skin and is great for my nails. You can get it in holland and barrett xx
