Any advice?

Recently I’ve been feeling a ripping pain where my ovaries are, both sides. I eventually got them to do an ultrasound as I have PCOS and endometriosis. They confirmed cysts only (even tho endo doesn’t show on ultrasounds I know). Today I woke up with this bruise where my left ovary is. The pains different to normal, when I stretch I lose focus and it feels tugging. I don’t want to make a fuss. Has anyone experience external bruising before? Should I be worried.

I would be concerned; the bruising and pain together doesn't sound good. Did the bruise come up after the ultrasound? If so it could be that irritated something and causing pulling somewhere..

Make a note, keep the photo you have and book a doctors appointment for as soon as possible as you'd like the doctor to see it at it's worst.

Take photos possibly every 12 ish hours so morning / evening to record how quickly it's going / colour, also record symptoms. That's all in-case docs can't see you for a week.
