Endometriosis somewhere else???

Hi all! Currently going through the motions AGAIN for some sort of diagnosis. Had a stomach laparoscopy 2 years ago which found severe adhesions but no endo. Pain returned and have been on the coil for 3 months now (continued bleeding and still have days I can’t walk from the pain)

Could it have been missed? Could it be somewhere else even though the pain is mostly in my stomach aswell as (heavy bleeding, clotting, pain during sex)

Hoping I’m not going crazy as they seem to think I’m making it up due to already having one surgery with no endo being found.

Have you been tested for PID? As that can cause adhesions and would also explain your symptoms x

Pelvic inflammatory disease, it’s caused by an infection that you had/have. I had it quite a few years ago and pain/bleeding during sex was my main symptom x

I did have a read up! I haven’t had an infection like that before and don’t currently. Had all the tests aswell before when I was having this pain and all came back negative x
