Is my endo back or did they miss something?

Hello ladies, I am in need of some advice. I am questioning whether I should go back to my gyne, find a new specialist or whether this is my lot and I need to accept it. Here is my problem... I had my first lap in November 2018 on the NHS and they carried out ablation on my endo. This actually made me worse and I was in more pain that before so I found a BSGE gyne and paid to go private with him. During the initial consultation he agreed that ablation was likely not the best solution for me so in September 2019 I had my second op, paid for it privately with the BSGE gyne and yes the endo was still there but this time he excised it. It's now 4 months on and guess what.... I'm still in pain. I have that all too familiar ache and pull in my side which is getting worse as I increase my exercise schedule, a week out from my periods, I bleed when I have bowel movement, I seem to have discharge most days, and sexual intercourse is really really painful. I am completely at a loss what to do with myself :(
