HRT ! I’m looking for advice

Hello beautiful lady’s,

I’m in need of advice on HRT, Iv just had a full hysterectomy I’m 38 and I would like to be as natural as possible but without outing my body at risk of course, I want to see a specialist but who? Is it an endocrinologist ? Or a gynaecologist? Or a homeopath?

Some gynaecologists may be willing to suggest natural HRT but anything natural cannot be patented and sold by the pharmaceutical industry, therefore clinical trials are extremely rare because funding is nearly non existent.

Gynaecologists only tend to recommend anything that haa been tested in cinical trials because their guidelines mainly only report findings from these.

You could look for an alternative healthcare practitioner based on recommendations or ratings.
