Yes I’m on it and it is a good one for those who have had endo and a hysterectomy and ovaries out as it’s combined hrt and is less likely to stimulate any remaining endo.

Thanks Marcia. Iv heard we very mixed reviews about it and got worried.

It is tricky to know but combined is best. Oestrogen only HRT is what usually causes endo to keep growing.

I was in tibolne for 3.5 years too.

That too is combined and usually a good one to try as all synthetic. I’ve heard a few others have had problems on that but many don’t so try not to worry.

Thanks Marcia. I have a scan in 2 weeks to see if my emdo come back but my understanding an ultra scan doesnt pick up endometriosis

It depends. Most recently I had a trans vaginal ultrasound that diagnosed deep infiltrating endo in the vault - created at hyster out of uterosacral ligaments - but it depends on the operator. They need to be highly trained.

Feel fine in myself. Hardly any flushes . Just bit worried about my backache, pelvis and hip pain. Scared endometriosis has come back. I hear ultrasound scans dont show endo feel it will be a waste of time :(

If you have had a hysterectomy with bilateral oophorectomy which is your uterus, tubes, ovaries then you do NOT need progesterone. You simply need oestrogen.

Hysterectomy is often not a fix for endo and it usually returns.

Progesterone is just not needed and it actually highers you’re risks to take combined hrt so I am not sure why that’s correct really :(
