Hey! I was diagnosed a couple of years ago myself with this tremor. Can be very frustrating! I’ve found exercising and laying off any caffeine drinks is helpful! Also avoiding alcohol . My doctor advised me if it get worse to go on Beta Blockers but I’m trying my best to avoid that option and going down the more natural route. Anyways hope that helps

I’m so sorry to hear that :( honestly try as I’ve said, cutting down alcohol, caffeine! Exercise when you can and see if it helps. I also have good days and bad days with it! It started off in my hands and now i have a slight shake in my head too.

I recently read Endo has an effect on the nerves so this might be the cause?

I learned TRE a few years back, which are exersizes in which you learn to tremor to let go of tension. My body now spontaneously tremors which I think is good but I notice too that it is getting more and more, so I am wondering what is a 'normal' tremor and when is it a disorder?? I don't drink much cafeine and do get exercise, but am coping with a lot of pain sometimes. ..

Not sure if this is the same thing, but I have been experiencing spasms this past year. Like my body is "jumping". I have wondered if they are connected to my endo and subsequent nerve damage and pain. Yet another condition I need to bring up with my doctor. Sigh.

Hi:

I have essential tremors because of MS & my family has essential tremors. Beta blockers were great for trembling fingers if taken morning and at bed time. I am prescribed propanolol. Do you have anything else that trembles besides fingers?

I have never taken propranol due to asthma. In fact I was take Metropolol for heart flutters and had to stop due to breaathing problems. I take Primidone. I started on 200 mg a day and it stopped them, but over time the jerking of arms and legs got worse, increased to 600 mg a day, too sleepy. Seem to be doing OK. I also take Gabapentin for neuropathy and Mirapex(pramepraxole) for RLS.
