Endometriosis - TTC

Hello, I've recently been diagnosed with Endometriosis, I'm in my 20s and trying to conceive. I'm worried about my chances of getting pregnant naturally...also worrying about worrying affecting my chances! It is a wicked circle. I have endometriosis on my diaphragm, ovaries and uterus. The scar tissue has also caused my ovaries to stick to my uterus. My Mum also had endometriosis and spent years TTC for me and eventually went down the IVF route. I'm new to all of this and feel frustrated that what should be an exciting process is now quite daunting. My biggest struggle with the endo pain is the pain in my right shoulder, I've recently tried acupuncture which I do feel is helping albeit I've only had one session on my last cycle. Grateful for any tips around TTC, the pain and basically keeping sane :-(

Well, the first thing would be to get a consult with a highly skilled and experienced endometriosis excision surgeon. Once endometriosis is successfully excised completely from your body and your ovaries are separated from your uterus, you will be able to conceive naturally unless the tubes were damaged and/or were removed.

Anyway you need to ask everything to an endo consultant
