Hi, I was asked to be part of a clinical trial for a new treatment for endo. It is mifepristone in low dosage. Im not UK based but the doctor said the trial is going on in a few EU countries. So I was just wondering if any of you had info or had taken this drug?

Hello Ludmin,

I'm on mifepristone (25) and started it less than a month ago. I have a hematosalpinx and adenomyosis that have since gotten smaller. But I developed two new cysts and the existing cyst got bigger.

Pls let me know if you are also taking it. I'm to see my doc soon as I just got my ultrasound results showing the cysts. Thanks

Thanks for replying. I went for a second opinion and at this point decided not to join the trial. They do not see any new cysts. So fingers crossed. Good luck to you and if you feel like it, you can always PM me.
