I just had a 4th laparoscopy and amazingly my endo was mild for 1st time.I am 39 & not menopausal. Has anyone else had this happen?

No, probably not due to the carbs. Your body needs carbs xx
Yes to some degree but wondering if in my body it contributes to inflammation.
