Every cycle is different and this may or may not be related to endo. Spotting before periods can be a sign of low progesterone, but doctors dont tend to look into this for you. I had this issue and tried the herbal supplement vitex which stopped the problem quickly and helped rebalance my hormones. Recommended you stay on it for 3 to 6 months maximum. Also alleviates some PMS symptoms for some people. See a herbalist for information regarding dosage etc.
