I think you need to see a specialist who is well versed in Endometriosis and Fertility and who can advise you on the next steps to take. They usually ask to do a few tests depending on your situation. Sometimes, people with endo can be more at risk of ectopic pregnancy if the tubes have been compromised but they will have to do a HSG test to look at your tubes.

I think speaking to your doctor, asking for these tests is a good way to begin.

Hi there! First of all, I am so sorry for your loss. I can only imagine how painful that is, especially since you were that far along. Unfortunately, as they always say, miscarriages are very common (20% at least) and I know of non-endo cases in which they happened in month 5, so you never really know. My point is that unless they specifically tell you not to try to conceive again, go for it! You got pregnant once, and chances are your miscarriage had nothing to do with the endo. I have two large cysts, one in each ovary. The doctor who found them told me not to get pregnant because I'd have a very painful pregnancy, and I that I should have surgery first. Then I saw 10 more doctors, some of which endo specialists and surgeons and they all agreed that I should try to get pregnant first and see about surgery later on, only after possible IVF. I got incredibly lucky and I'm in week 12 now. I know I'm not out of the woods and I don't think you are until you hold your baby. I've seen multiple doctors and none of them seems to be concerned I have endo and cysts. They say it could be a problem when trying to conceive but that pregnancy is good for endometriosis. Best of luck to you, may you feel good and get pregnant and have a healthy baby ♥️ Keep us posted!
