Buserelin nasal spray and periods

Hi. It's my second time on Buserelin nasal spray. I've been running in to a few issues this time round, which didn't happen previously.

One of which is that I've felt premenstrual all week and then had period pains, now I'm bleeding.

I'm nearly 3 months in to treatment.

Has anyone had this happen?
