Endometriosis and perimenopause

As someone with endo, for whom birth control hormonal manipulation has not worked. It made me far too emotional and I tried them all.

I see similar options available for perimenopausal women and it scares me.

I've heard of a place in London that offers bespoke hormonal treatments and sometimes use testosterone.

Has anyone been through this and what worked for you?

I am so scared of having to experiment with myself again. I'm still not mentally over the last time.

Help!
