Hi fellow sufferers, is there anybody who experiences fainting/dizzy spells as part of our many tortuous symptoms and what coping mechanisms do you use or can suggest?

Yrs, Im having dizzy spells and nearly fainted at my desk at work, this was over the past 3 months. I have been advised to snack every 2 hours to keep blood sugar levelled. Also heavy tiredness and dizziness, I manage this with doing a bite less at home, my husband helps me more, stopping and having a decaff, dairy free warm drink, gluten free biscuit when I am tired. Its managing yourself. I have reduced my walks. I act depending on how I feel. Hope this helps and you get better. 😊
